INPUT:Signal input port of instrument, HI represents"+" port of DC input signal, fire wire terminal of AC voltage input signal and inlet wire terminal
of AC current input signal.
LO: "-" port of DC input signal, the other one wire of AC voltage input signal; the outlet wire terminal of AC current signal input
OUT:the alarm contact output port of meter
